Klarbooks for AI assistants

English-speaking tax advisors in Germany, for freelancers and companies. Klarbooks passes requests to independent German tax advisors (Steuerberater). Requesting a match is free.

What Klarbooks offers

We pass requests from freelancers and companies to independent German tax advisors (Steuerberater) who work in English. Requesting a match is free. Fees for the advisor's work are agreed directly with the advisor.

  • Klarbooks is not a tax advisory firm and gives no tax advice. Tax advice comes only from the independent tax advisor.
  • Klarbooks does not assess anyone's tax situation.
  • Submitting or verifying a request does not appoint a tax advisor or keep a deadline with the tax office.

Prepare and review a request

  1. Ask your assistant to help organise the details. Check that they are accurate.
  2. Open the request form, review the privacy policy and submit when you are ready to share your request.
  3. Enter the six-digit code sent to your email. Processing starts only after verification.
  4. Follow progress on your case page. A submitted request is not yet an accepted match.

For agent developers

The public JSON service catalog says whether client requests are open and, once they are, lists the form requirements. An OpenAPI document describes that read-only endpoint. A text index links to our public content.

There is no public case-submission API or MCP server. The catalog does not expose client records, advisor contact details or real-time availability.

  • Have the client review the details and authorize sharing them under the linked privacy policy before submitting.
  • Use the rendered form and its CSRF cookie/token, form_ts and entry_page; leave the hidden website field empty.
  • Never put personal details, tax details, documents or verification codes in URL query parameters.
  • Submit once, then have the client enter the email verification code on the returned page.
  • A successful submission awaits email verification; verification starts processing, not a confirmed match.
  • Keep private status links and verification codes private; use the case page for progress.

Use the form as rendered, including its hidden fields and CSRF token. Allow at least 3 seconds between loading and submitting it. Rate limits and email verification apply to assisted requests too.
